Sonata Home Owner Associations

The Sonata Community is located in southeast Escondido, California, in a hilly area east of I-15. The community is within walking distance of Westfield North County Mall, Kit Carson Regional Park, the Vineyard 18-hole municipal golf course, and the Orfila Winery. The community consists of moderately sized single family homes, condominium town homes, and patio homes. The majority of the land associated with the community is set aside for wildlife and is protected by state environmental regulations. The Sonata community was built in the mid-1980s.
