There is currently an opening for the Landscape Committee Chair.
The Landscape Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee works with the landscape contractor to make sure that its contract responsibilities are met. The committee is also responsible for the appearance of the common areas and maintaining Sonata’s reputation as an attractive community, working within the budget established by the Board.
Any suggestions regarding common areas should be presented to the Committee Chair for review and possible action.
Emergency situations such as broken sprinklers or water leaks should be reported to the management company. PCM can be reached at (760) 918-8040. If it's after hours you can call the same number and it goes to the emergency service and they will answer the call.
